Pleomorphic Adenoma of the External Auditory Canal－ A Case Report
外耳道多型性腺瘤－案例報告
摘要
Pleomorphic adenoma accounts for 80% of the benign salivary gland tumors with the characteristics of slow growth and benign course. It has been identified in various other anatomical locations, but pleomorphic adenoma arising in the ear canal, first described in 1951, is extremely few. We discuss the present case and review the literature of pleomorphic adenoma in the ear canal.

多形性腺瘤占良性唾液腺腫瘤的80%，具有緩慢生長和良性病程的特點。已經在各種其他解剖位置被發現過，像是鼻腔、舌頭、嘴唇還有氣管等等，但是在1951年首次被描述的耳道中出現的多形性腺瘤則是非常地少。本篇病例報告是討論1名53歲男性因為耳部悶塞感前來求診，進一步發現是耳道多形性腺瘤，文中除了分享我們的治療經驗，並回顧了耳道多形性腺瘤的文獻。
