摘要

小腦橋角腫瘤的典型症狀，是以單側漸進性聽力喪失、頭暈或平衡失調、耳鳴為主。以突發性聽力喪失為表現症狀者十分罕見。1名37歲男性主訴半年前左耳突然喪失聽力，後因頭暈及走路不穩來院求診。理學檢查發現有兩價方向性注視眼振，電腦斷層攝影及磁振造影顯示左側小腦橋角腫瘤。術後病理報告為腦膜瘤。(中耳醫誌 19997;32:487-490)

Unilateral progressive sensorineural hearing loss, vertigo or imbalance, and tinnitus are common symptoms of meningiomas of cerebellopontine angle. But it is very rare presenting with sudden hearing loss. A 37 year-old male of CPA meningioma was presented who complained sudden hearing loss of left ear for half a year, frequent vertigo and imbalance for 2 weeks. Bilateral gaze nystagmus was noted. A 4 * 3.5 * 4 cm tumor mass which attached to the tentorium cerebelli in the left cerebellopontine angle was detected by CT scan and MRI. The CPA meningotheliomatous meningioma was proved surgically.
