摘要

乳癌乃一常見惡性腫瘤，但併發小腦橋腦角轉移而以眩暈為主訴的症例則相當罕見。本文報告一79歲女性，以頭暈、耳鳴為主訴，經理學及一系列聽力平衡檢查，強烈懷疑為乳癌併小腦橋腦角轉移，復經核磁共振檢查證實後，病患接受手術切除腦部腫瘤及右乳房腫瘤，病理報告皆為浸潤性管腺癌。故臨床上，乳癌患者若伴有頭暈或耳鳴等症狀時，須排除是否有腦部轉移的可能性。

A 79-year-old female had dizziness, tinnitus, and ataxia as initial symptoms. Through a series of audiological and vestibular examination, cerebello-pontine angle tumor was suspected and confirmed by MRI testing. However, two masses in her right breast, and two masses in the lung field were also noted. Finally, breast cancer with lung and cerebello-pontine angle metastasis was diagnosed, and confirmed by pathology after operation.
