鼻腔髓外漿細胞瘤－病例報告
Extramedullary plasmacytoma of the Nose – Case Report
摘要
髓外漿細胞瘤（extramedullary plasmacytoma）是一種罕見的漿細胞惡性增殖腫瘤，主要發生於上呼吸道。本科於民國86年4月間經歷1例，患者為65歲男性，主訴近三年來有漸近性鼻出血。理學檢查發現，右側鼻腔有一息肉狀腫瘤，經手術切除及病理證實為漿細胞瘤，由於此病比較罕見，特提出報告。

Extramedually plasmacytoma (EMP) is a rare soft tissue malignant neoplasm composed of plasma cells. A case of EMP of the nose with the only symptom of progressive epistaxis in the past three years is reported. The patient received surgical excision under endoscope without radiotherapy. Regular OPD follow-up was scheduled every four months.
