髓外漿細胞瘤－病例報告
Extramedullary Plasmacytoma of Nose and Mouth-A Case Report
摘要
髓外漿細胞瘤是一種罕見的漿細胞惡性病變，多發生在頭頸部軟組織，而不侵犯骨髓部分。本部經驗一例多發性髓外漿細胞瘤病例，症狀為鼻塞和流鼻血，原發病灶在中鼻甲黏膜下和口腔腭黏膜下。病人接受手術前放射治療及手術切除腫瘤，術後情況良好，追踪至今已滿一年，沒有復發跡象。

Extrameduallary plasmacytoma is a rare form of plasma cell dyscrasia, in which arise outside the bone marrow. We had had a case of multiple extramedullary plasmacytoma, which occurred on the left middle turbinate and right palate. Patient had received pre-operative radiotherapy and surgica1 removal of tumours. Over one year follow up after initial therapy, the patient showed no evidence of tumoor recurrence.
