meningioma is a common intracranial tumor, but extracranial manifestation is quite rare. The most common site of extracranial presentation of meningioma is the orbit, followed by the external calvaria, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, neck and ear. This paper reported two cases of extracranial meningiomas. One had intranasal meningioma and the location of the other case was intratemporal. Tumors of both cases were resected. Patients are regularly followed-up at outpatient clinic.
