The majority of tracheobronchial foreighn body aspiration occurs in children foreighn body aspiration occurs in children less than 3 years old. The incidence of laryngeal foreign body aspiration is very rare so we reviewed two such cases. The first case is a 33-month-old boy. He suffered from inspiratory stridor and respiratory distress. Flexible brochoscopy revealed half a piece of peanut lodging in posterior part of subglottis. We exposed the larynx by curved-blade laryngoscope and took the peanut away by using an ENT forceps. The second case is a 21-month-old boy. He was sent because of hoarseness and respiratory distress. Neck lateral view revealed a high-density foreign body image in the larynx. The aspirated bone was taken away by the method described aboved. Both patients were discharged with no complication.
