同儕對具性經驗之國鞏學齡青少年性行為影響之研究

The Study of the Effects of the Peers to the Junior High School Age' s Adolescents Who had Sexual Experiences

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解同儕對具性經驗之國中學齡青少年性行為的影響情形,以十六位國中學生與中輟的國中學齡青少年為對象,採質的研究方法,以半結構式的晤談導引進行訪訪談以蒐集資料,而以開放性編碼歸納、分析所得之資料,研究結果發現如下: 一、同儕間在性資訊談論對象上,多數的國中學齡青少似會選擇與自己關係較親近或同性別的朋友談論。而同儕間性資訊的談論易受一些隱含性暗示的具體事件或人物所引發;同儕間性資訊談論對國中學齡青少年似會產生四種影響,分別是:累積性行為相關知識、減少對發生性行為的防備、產生想嘗試性行為的想法,與認為性行為是件無聊的事四種。 二、國中學齡青少年似從透過閒聊的相互發問、好友間彼此分享心事、同儕向他人炫耀、性經驗事件曝光及想討對方歡心五種方式知覺同儕的性經驗。至於同儕間所皆享的個人性經驗內容則可按其性行為的方式,分成在一般情境下所發生的性行為及以犯罪手段所發生的性行為兩種。另外,當國中學齡青少年知覺同儕性經驗後,有可能會影響其產生想模仿學習的想法,或產生警惕、小心的感覺。 三、具性經驗之國中學齡青少年似對同儕中已發生性行為者均採接納、贊同的態度;至於對同儕中尚未發生性行為者的態度有:期待彼此間性經驗一致、不希望朋友發生性行為、與不贊成亦不反對三種。 本研究亦針對上述研究結果加以討論,並據此結果對諮亮商實務工髼者及未來研究者提出具體建議。

The purpose of the study is to understand how peers affect the occurrence of sexual behaviors of the junior high school teenagers. The study adopts qualitative research method. Sixteen adolescents who had sexual experiences and were studying in junior high school or discontinuing schooling took part in this study as subjects. Semi-structured interview was employed to collect data. Opeb0-coding strategy was selected as the way to analyze the data. The main findings were as follows: 1. In terms of the sexual information discussion among the peers, most of those interviewees shared with their close friends or the same sex friends. Sexual information discussion was easily induced by something with sexual hints. The effects of sexual information discussion among peers on interviewees were: adding the knowledge to sex; reducing the guard on sex; having the ideas to try sex; and regarding sex as nothing. 2. There were five ways that the interviewees knew their friends' sexual experiences: asking others when chatting: sharing intimacy among close friends; showing of to others; exposing to sexual affairs; and pleasing the others. The sexual experiences' contents shared among peers could be divided into two parts: by the style of the sexual behavior took place on generally situation, or by crime tricks. After the interviewees got to know their friends’ sexual experiences, they had the ideas to imitate or their attitude toward sex became more cautious. 3. The attitudes of the interviewees toward friends who had sexual experiences generally show acceptance and approve it. The attitudes of the interviewees toward their friends who had no sexual experiences were: looking forward to the others have the same sexual experiences; not hoping their friends have sexual behavior. According to the study findings, suggestions toward school counseling and future studies related to the subjects are provided.
