The purpose of this study was to evaluate career planning group training programs' effect of in-service female early childhood educators' points. The subjects were eight in-service female early childhood educators. They were asked to attend the career planning group program and filled in both expect form and the last feedback form. The results were: They had positive evaluation on both expect and the last feedback forms. All the subjects expressed that they learned much from them, and thus they affirmatively responded to the program. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were then made for each related education administration institution or school to help every female early childhood educator well adapt themselves to her future life.
