從在職幼教人員的觀點評估生涯規劃團體課程的成效

To Evaluate Career Planning Group Programs' Effects of In-service Female Early Childhood Educators' Points

摘要


本研究旨在以「成員期望表」和「團體總回饋表」的回饋,評估在職幼教人員生涯規劃團體課程的成效。本研究以八位八十七學年度第一學期,任教於花蓮地區公、私立幼稚園並且具有正式幼稚園教師資何的女性教師和園長為研究對象,這些受試者接受八次生涯規劃團體活動課程,本研究使用的研究工具為研究者自編「成員期望表」,由成員於團體開始前填寫,和「團體總回饋表」,由成員於團體結束後填寫,以做為評估生涯規劃團體課程成效的依據。研究結果發現成員對生涯規劃團體課程有正面的評價。根據研究結果,本研究提出建議,以供教育行、學校,與相關單輔導幼教人員生涯規劃,和未來進一步相關研究的參考。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate career planning group training programs' effect of in-service female early childhood educators' points. The subjects were eight in-service female early childhood educators. They were asked to attend the career planning group program and filled in both expect form and the last feedback form. The results were: They had positive evaluation on both expect and the last feedback forms. All the subjects expressed that they learned much from them, and thus they affirmatively responded to the program. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were then made for each related education administration institution or school to help every female early childhood educator well adapt themselves to her future life.
