在傳統的轉子一軸承系統的動態分析時,旋轉機械模型中的基座效應是常被忽略的。但當基座勁度未大到如同剛性時,轉子軸承系統與基座的模態會互相影響。本文提出一般化的有限元素程序,來處理此等系統之動態分析,除了探討轉子/軸承/基座系統的動態特性,分析基座的影響效應,並得到轉子,軸承及基座相互耦合之模態特性與旋振反應特性。
In the conventional model of rotor-bearing systems, the foundation effect on a rotating machine is ignored. When the foundation mass and stiffness are not large relative to the rotor, the effects of foundation on modal characm teristics and whirl response can be significant. This study presents a general procedure to include the foundation effects in the motion equations of the finite element model. From this formulation, modal analysis and steady-state analysis are used to investigate the coupled dynamic characteristics due to combined rotor, bearing and foundation.
