摘要

這篇文章主要是介紹一個以電流追隨器設計的四象限乘法器，它是操作在線性區。依據乘法器的應用，我們可以得到輸出為120 MHz正弦信號的倍頻器或是AM調變器，這個模擬是以UMC 0.5微米的製程參數所得到的結果。

This paper presents a way to design a four-quadrant multiplier based on current followers.It is designed to operate in the triode region.According to the application of the multiplier,wederived a 120 MHz sinusoid signal as a frequency doubler or an AM modulator.The simulationresults are performed in terms of the given UMC0.5 um technology process parameters.
