Sinusoidal Oscillators Using Current Conveyors

以電流傳輸器所構成的弦波振盪器

摘要


本文提出了五個以第二代電流傳輸器(CCⅡ)所設計的弦波振盪器,前四個電路是由提出的nullator-norator所構成的電路中所導出,這四個電路各用了一個正型CCⅡ、一個負型CCⅡ、兩個電容以及兩個電阻,其中的兩個電路只使用了接地電容。第五個弦波振盪器使用了三個正型CCⅡ、兩個電容以及三個電阻,這個電路擁有一個高輸出阻抗的電流源,這個優點使得此線路可以直接驅動負載,而不需外加緩衝器。所有提出的線路皆可獨立的透過不同的被動元件來控制振盪條件及振盪頻率。此外,若將所提出第五個線路的CCⅡ及電阻全部置換為第二代電流控制傳輸器(CCCⅡ),一個使用三個CCCⅡ及兩個電容的新型振盪器便可得出,這個電路的振盪條件及振盪頻率可以透過獨立的輸入偏壓電流來個別控制。

Five second-generation current conveyors(CCⅡs)based sinusoidal oscillators are presented. The first four sinusoidal oscillators derived from the proposed nullator-norators based circuit topology. Each of the first four sinusoidal oscillators is composed of one plus-type CCⅡ, one minus-type CCⅡ,two capacitors and two resistors. Two of the first four sinusoidal oscillators have the advantage of using grounded capacitors. The fifth sinusoidal oscillator is composed of three plus-type CCⅡs(CCⅡ+s),two capacitors and three resistors. This configuration exhibits high output impedance current source that makes easy to derive loads without using any buffering device. All proposed circuits enjoy oscillation control through a passive element(s)and independent frequency control through another passive element(s).By replacing the CCⅡ+sand the resistors of the fifth oscillator circuit by the second-generation current controlled conveyors(CCCⅡs),a new sinusoidal oscillator by using three CCCⅡ and two capacitors can beobtained. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency of this new circuit can be independently controlled through input currents.
