閉式靜壓滑軌之特性分析

摘要


本文探討毛細管節流器與單向薄膜節流器之閉式靜壓滑軌的特性,以及兩種節流之剛度最佳化設計。滑軌的形式為多油腔式平軌,潤滑油來源為定壓供油方式。根據流量守恆原理,假設節流面之壓力降是呈線性分佈,建立流量平衡方程式,用以求解滑軌各油腔之壓力,進而得到靜壓滑軌之承載能力及剛度,並以遺傳基因演算法,搜尋固定承載力之最佳剛度對應的設計參數。

This study investigates the characteristics of the externally pressurized, with multi-recessed, close-type, flat hydrostatic slideways by using the membrane or capillary restrictor as a compensating element, and the optimal design analysis for maximum bearing stiffness is presented by using the genetic algorithm. The general equations for film pressure are provided according to the flow rate balance of slideways. Results are in terms of the load capacity and the bearing stiffness. By using the genetic algorithm, searching the optimal design parameters to look for the maximum bearing stiffness and the load capacity.
