靜壓滑軌節流器之探討

摘要 本文探討供油壓力、液阻比及油膜厚度等參數,對使用毛細節流器或單向薄膜節流器之開式靜壓滑軌度之影響,將實驗結果與理論分析進行比對與驗證,並探討設計參數對於滑軌特性之間的影響。 使用毛細管節流器之靜壓滑軌,節流器之液阻 越大,油膜厚度越小,滑軌之剛度越大,且滑軌剛度正比於供油壓力 。 使用薄膜式節流器自調整性能之靜壓,薄膜與節流台間之流量及薄膜變形,若根據彈性力學原理使用的傳統計算公式所得,與實驗結果比較,得到兩者有很大的差異,因此本文使用有限元素法根據固體薄膜及潤滑流體的耦合物理場同時計算薄膜變形及油膜厚度,所作的修正計算,藉由實驗所量測之流量可以確認。本文以幾個實例,以傳統計算方法、有限元素法模擬,以及實驗所量測之流量,加以比較,得出修正的計算方法,將修正的節流係數計算結果,作為鑑別節流器薄膜控制係數之用。

Abstract The influences of inlet pressure, restriction ratio and film thickness on the of stiffness coefficient are investigated for the capillary restrictor of open-type hydrostatic slideways by using experimental method. The experimented results and mathematical theorem are analyzed and verified to investigate the influences of design parameters on characteristics of hydrostatic slideways. By using capillary restrictor of hydrostatic sideways, the larger the fluid resistance of restrictor is, the larger the stiffness of hydrostatic sideway is. Also, the stiffness of hydrostatic sideway is proportional to the supply pressure. For design of hydrostatic journal bearing or sliding pad regulated by membrane-type restrictors, according to membrane elasticity traditional methods is used to determine membrane deflection and flow rate between restriction platform and membrane and restrictor is sill determined by a typical deflection of membrane. However the experimental results indicate that actual flow rates have large discrepancies compared with determination results. In this dissertation, the determinations of flow rate are modified by using finite element method. Furthermore, the analysis results which can be realized and confirmed through the measurements of flow rates in experiments. According to the coupled physics of solid membrane and lubrication fluid, finite element method is used to determine membrane deflection and film thickness simultaneously. Several practical cases are investigate by using traditional method, finite element method and comparing with experiment results to yield a modification method. The determination results of modified restriction coefficients are served or identification of the control coefficients.
