單向薄膜節流器的新型設計及特性比較

摘要


本文研究兩種單向薄膜節流器的設計及特性,此為PM-Flow之一型;供油預壓預調節單向薄膜節流器及本研究設計之新型;供油預壓單向薄膜節流器,探討其節流液阻與壓力比的關係。利用理論及實驗方法,比較兩者之結果,以修正設計參數與性能參數之關係。

Abstract The object of this study is to show the comparison the characteristics between the pre-loading with pre-restrict membrane restrictor (PM-Flow regulator) and the pre-loading membrane restrictor. Comparing experimental and theoretical method about the characteristics of the flow resistance between pressured ratio. And to find the characteristics of restricted parameter of new designed membrane restrictor to to modify the designed data.
