摘要

本文藉由文獻分析的方式，對於國內外課程改革相關的理論與自己的實務經驗，作自我的辯正與反思，因此，首先藉由課程實施的三個觀點一忠實觀、相互調適觀與締造觀，探討在我國歷次課程改革的過程中，政策宣導者及專家學者們期望教師在「理論上」應該扮演什麼樣的角色；其次，教師在面對課程改革的過程中(可能在面對自己的理想、國家政策的期望、學校行政人員的要求與家長的壓力等交織的歷程下)，在實際的教學場或又是扮演著什麼樣的角色？最後藉由教師在課程改革與實施當中的「揮灑空間」，從教師和教科書之間及教師和學生之間，重新思考課程改革中教師的角色與定位。

The purpose of this article is to explain why teachers have difficulty changing conventional teaching practices in the classroom. First, it discusses about how to play the role of teachers from scholar’s viewpoint according to the theory of curriculum implementation. Secondly, it analyzes the practical teaching for teachers in the schools. Between teachers’ role and curriculum reform, there is a dialectic relationship built by its contrast and collaboration. Finally, it describes the different ways about how to strive toward for teachers.
After teachers become the most important element of curriculum reform, they need to be self-reflective and try to how to progress through self-reflection.
