教師專業成長的自覺:教學錄影帶在反省式思考的功能

Teacher's Awareness of Her Own Professional Development: Fuctions of Videotapes to Reflective Thinking

摘要


本研究旨在觀察一位國中理化教師教室內的教學行為,探討個案教師於鷹架(自行觀看自己的教學錄影帶)影響下的教學行為變變,並從國民中國理化科教師教學能力評量工具的教學向度,分析鷹架提供前後個案教師教學行為的特徵、比較鷹架提供前後個案教師教學行為的相似性與相異性及探討教師教學行為改變的特質。 研究結果發現,個案教師的教學行為受到鷹架的影響,知覺到學生在教學情境中的重要性,導致其教學行為產生知覺轉變。

The purposes of this study were to observe the teaching behaviors of a chemistry majored junior high school physical science teacher in the classroom, explore the behavioral changes in teaching practices of case teacher’s under the influence of the scaffold (case teacher watched her teaching videotape alone), analyze the characteristics of these behaviors from the angles of teching dimension in “The Evaluation Instrument of Teaching Competencies on Junior High School Physical Science Teachers”, make the comparison of the similarities and differences of the teaching behaviors before and after scaffolding, and describe the unique qualities of these changed behaviors. The results of this study were concluded that case teacher awared the importance of students’ involvement in the teching contex, and self-awareness led to the behavioral changes with perceptual shift.
