行銷、製造部門間互動與組織間互動關係之探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討市場導向、產銷部門間互動與組織間互動的關係,以及組織文化相容性與環境不確定性對於部門間互動與組織間互動關係之影響。針對2002年天下雜誌一千大製造業廠商作為調查的對象,並根據所回收問卷資料進行實證分析,研究結果發現:(1)企業越重視市場導向,將有助於產銷部門間的互動與協調。(2)產銷部門間愈能有效協調互動的過程,勢必會提升組織間的互動。(3)組織文化相容性對產銷部門間互動與組織間互動的關係存在干擾的效果。(4)環境不確定性對產銷部門間互動與組織間的關係則無干擾的影響,反而存在著直接影響關係。

This paper is trying to discuss market orientation; the relationship between departments and organization interactions; the compatibility of organization culture and how environment uncertainty affects the interaction between departments and organizations. This research was based on the results of question surveys. There were 167 companies completed the questionnaires out of 791 that were sent out to TOP 1000 manufacturers ranked in the CWbook magazine. The results are as follows: 1. The interaction process within departments would be affected by how companies consider their market orientation. 2. More effective departments interactions; more influence in the organizations' interactions. 3. The compatibility of companies' culture have the power to disturb the interactions between organizations and departments. 4. The uncertainty of environment has no effect on the interactions between organizations and departments.
