本研究旨在透過焦點團體訪談,從受督導者的知覺檢視其對諮商督導過程的影響,共計舉辦3場焦點團體,訪談12位受督導者。研究者以內容分析法進行訪談資料的整理與分析,最後歸納出九項影響因素,分別是受督導者的:1.精神狀況;2.心理特質;3.對督導的認知的瞭解;4.參與度;5.焦慮及其因應;6.諮商經驗;7.於督導中所提之個案;8.與同儕的分享;9.其他,其中又以對督導的認知與瞭解、參與度、以及焦慮及因應等三項因素最爲重要,上述受督導者影響督導過程的因素也某種程度反映其諮商新手與初始被督導者的狀態與處境。 根據上術研究發現對督導訓練、諮商教育、督導者、以及受督導者提出具體方向與建議。
The purpose of this study was to understand factors of supervisees affecting the supervisory process from the perception of supervisees. Focus group interviews were conducted with 12 supervisees in 3 groups. Content analysis revealed 9 factors. They are: (1) physical condition; (2) mental characteristics; (3) cognition and understanding of related supervision concepts; (4)degree of participation; (5) anxiety and coping; (7)counseling experience; (8)client proposed by supervisees; (9)sharing with peers; (10)other factors. Among them, cognition and understanding of related supervision concepts, degree of participation, anxiety and coping were the most important factors. At the same time, the results to some degree reflected the condition of beginning counselors and supervisees.
