督導區辨模式之督導內涵分析—以一位受督導者爲例

摘要

本研究是根據Bernard的區辨模式爲框架，運用融入／結晶化分析方法，來分析一學期的督導歷程。研究結果發現，有關督導角色部份，出現最多的爲諮詢者的角色。有關督導功能部份，出現最多的是歷程化技巧，次爲概念化技巧。有關九種督導策略介入的情形以教師-歷程化、諮詢-概念化和諮詢-歷程化等三種督導策略爲主。從督導過程也發現督導者歷程化和概念化相互交替的介入，是有效的督導策略。最後研究者根據研究結果提出建議。

This study is based on Bernard's Discrimination Model to analyze the supervision process in a semester. Immerged/Crystallized analytical method is used to analysis all data. Concerning the role of supervision, consultant is found most. Concerning the function of supervision, procession and conceptualization are found most.. Teacher/procession、consultant/conceptualization and consultant//procession are main strategies in the supervision process. Suggestions are made according to the study results.
