本文針對平面磨床振紋產生之原因作一探討。試圖藉由試驗的方法來找出振紋產生的原因,藉此研判機器結構上之弱點,期能提出可行之解決方案,以作為業者修改設計之參考。文中介紹了一般工具機振紋鑑定之程序(含運轉試驗及切削試驗),並舉一實例說明文中之平面磨床振紋產生的原因主要為砂輪主軸系統動態不平衡及主軸組件之不對心所致。因此若能針對此兩方向採取適當的改良措施,將可大大地改善振紋產生之影響,進而提高該產品之品質。
In this paper, the causes of vibration marks in surface grinding machines are investigated experimentally. The identification procedure of vibration marks is proposed and a surface grinding machine is illustrated to indicate that the main causes of its marks are due to the dynamic imbalance and the misalignment of the spindle system. The results can give directions to suppress the marks and then promote the quality of the grinding machine.
