前擋玻璃對汽車車身（White Body）之結構振型影響評估

摘要

近年來,車輛之振動噪音水準已漸漸成為購買者評估汽車整體品質的重要指標，車身結構之振型與振動噪音又有著密不可分的關係。車輛white body振型出現的先後順序是決定車輛未來特性的重要關鍵。而各振型出現的頻率更是各廠設定的開發目標。車身結構被激發的各個振型則可藉由模態測試的結果得到進一步的訊息。再者，車輛上的各個零件皆對其振型有著大大小小的影響。故本文乃針對前擋玻璃對整個white body的global mode影響程度作一探討。

In recent year the level of NVH(noise , vibration ,and harshness) of the vehicle has gradually been the important index that consumer evaluate the quality of the vehicle. And there is very closed relationship between the mode shape of the white body’s structure and NVH .The order of the white body’s mode shape is the important factor that decides the characteristic of the vehicle .Further the frequency of the mode shape is the target when every maker develops a new car. And we can get the further message , that every excited mode shape of the white body’s structure , by the result of the modal test .Every part in vehicle has the different effect on the vehicle’s mode shape. So, we would discuss the effect that the mode shape of the white body with the windshield or not.
