摘要


現行各國家愈來愈重視環境噪音污染問題,法規制定的標準也逐漸嚴格。車外加速噪音影響著噪音污染問題,因此如何減低車外加速噪音,也將為各車輛製造廠所重視的項目之一。車外加速噪音音源眾多,包含進氣系統、排氣系統、引擎、冷卻系統及輪胎等所發出的噪音,因此找出各噪音源之貢獻度,再依照其貢獻度的大小,判斷欲實施改善對策的優先次序,將更有效率達成降低車外噪音之目標。本文探討如何經由實驗量測車外加速噪音,分析出各噪音源之貢獻度。首先將車外噪音音源區分為進氣系統、排氣系統、引擎、冷卻系統及輪胎等數大項,再針對各項音源作降低噪音之處理,逐項量測其車外加速噪音值,最後計算分析各噪音源對車外加速噪音貢獻度的大小。其結果可應用於判斷改善車外噪音各音源的優先順序。

Recently, many nations pay more attention to the problem of the noise pollution, and it is much stricter to make the rule of the regulation. Because pass-by noise of vehicles affects the noise pollution, how to reduce the pass-by noise of vehicles will be very important for all vehicle manufactories. There are many noisy sources in the pass-by noise that is inclusive of the intake system, exhaust system, engine system, cooling system and tires. It is more efficient for reducing the pass-by noise of vehicles by finding out the contribution of the noisy sources. This thesis explains how to analyze the contribution of all noisy sources by measuring the sound pressure level of the pass-by noise of vehicles. First, we presume that pass-by noise of vehicles is composed of the noise emitting from the intake system, exhaust system, engine system, cooling system and tires. Next, we make plane aiming at the individual noisy source to reduce the sound pressure level and measure the sound pressure level under each different case. Finally, according to the measured data, we could analyze and find out the contribution of the pass-by noise of vehicles. The method of measurement in this thesis could apply to determine the proper order of the noisy sources which to be improved to reduce the pass-by noise of vehicles.
