Experimental Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of a full-size Plate and a Scale Plate

摘要


本文探討如何使用比例法則與縮小平板的動態特性來預測實體平板的動態行為。為了達到這個目的,本文提出用來設計實體結構系統之縮小模型的比例法則(scaling rules)。一些和研究主題相關的參數(例如:結構尺寸、自由與強迫振動反應等參數)也在本文中加以探討。由本文的試驗與理論分析結果可以發現,本文所提出之比例法則的確可以根據縮小模型的動態特性來精確預測實體結構系統的動態行為。

The object of this paper is to study how to use the scaling rules and the dynamic behaviour of a scale plate to predict the dynamic characteristics of a full-size plate. To this end, the scaling rules for the design of scale models of the full-size structural systems are presented. Some important parameters closely relating to the current research topic, such as structural sizes, free and forced vibration characteristics, etc., are studied. From the presented experimental and theoretical analyses results, it is found that the presented scaling rules can be used to accurately predict the dynamic characteristics of the full-size structural systems from those of their corresponding scale models.
