本文主要探討高爾夫球桿擊球聲音與球桿之振動模態之間的關聯性,首先分別對單一高爾夫球頭與完整高爾夫球具進行實驗模態分析,分別得到球頭與球具之振動模態,進而觀察高爾夫球頭與高爾夫球具振動模態之關連性,在進行實驗模態分析的同時,順道量測室內高爾夫球頭與高爾夫球具之衝擊音,觀察室內高爾夫球頭與高爾夫球具衝擊音之關連性,進而分別觀察高爾夫球頭結構振動與衝擊音之關連性及高爾夫球具結構振動與衝擊音之關連性,最後進行室外實際揮桿擊球聲音之量測,將室外實際揮桿擊球聲音分別對室內球頭與室內球具衝擊音及振動模態做關聯性探討,在高爾夫球頭與高爾夫球具對應振動模態中,發現兩者之頻率誤差皆在±20 Hz內,而從聲音頻譜圖發現室內高爾夫球頭與高爾夫球具衝擊音有極大之關連性,而室外高爾夫球具撃球聲音頻譜圖與室內高爾夫球頭及高爾夫球具衝擊在聲音大之頻率也有所關連性,往後能藉由本篇所作之結果,作為後續基於聲音品質指標之變更設計之參考依據。
This Paper aims to discuss the hitting sound ogf a golf club and its relations to the vibration modal characteristics. First, a golf club and the club head only are, respectively, performed experimental modal analysis (EMA) to determine and compare their structural modal properties. The sound spectra of the golf club are alsp recorded in EMA to study the inddor sound emission. The Outdoor sound emission of the golf club in practical swing condition is also measured and compared with the indoor sound and golf club structural modes. Results show that the swing impact sound of the golf club has the strong correlations with the crown modes of the golf club head. The peak resourances of the swing impact sound are well identified and useful for design modification in considering the golf club sound quality.
