影印機掃描器平台振動特性分析

Vibration Characteristics Analysis of Scanner Platform On The Photocopier

摘要


本文探討影印機掃描器平台振動特性分析,使用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS 模擬振動模態與求得自然頻率,掃描器平台主要架構有兩種反射鏡、彈簧鋼片與鏡架,其平台底部使用磁鐵固定於軌道上。首先進行鏡架之有限元素模態分析,結果顯示鏡架部份模態振型會使反射鏡產生位移。掃描器平台分析上,由於鏡架與反射鏡之間透過彈簧鋼片施加預壓力固定住,因此使用質量與彈簧元素取代原先接觸介面,並分析在不同預壓力等級下,對整體平台自然頻率與模態振型差異,藉此探討影響反光鏡角度與位移的因素。建立之分析模型,將可運用於改善影印機掃描器平台之振動。

This study discusses vibration characteristics ofscanner platform on the photocopier. We use finite elementanalysis software to simulate the modal shape and naturalfrequency. Major components of the scanner platform aretwo mirrors spring steel and frame, and bottom of thescanner platform is fixed on the track by the magnet. First,we proceed the modal analysis about the frame. Accordingto the results, part of the modal shapes of frame makemirror to move. In the analysis of the scanner platform,we use the elements of mass and spring to replace theoriginal contact elements, because it exert the precompressstress on the mirrors to fixed to the frame by thespring steel. And then, we analyze the effects of naturalfrequency and modal shapes by setting the differentpre-compress stress, and discuss the factors that affect theangle and displacement of the mirrors. Future, the analysismodel will be applied to improve the vibration of themotion platform on the photocopier scanner.
