輕量化車體結構設計

Light-Weight Vehicle Structure Design

摘要


本研究主要是利用有限元素方法配合最佳化分析,來探討新一代多功能商用車車體結構輕量化之設計。分析時,是以有限元素模型來探討車體之靜態結構特性為主。為確認有限元素模型之準確性,也同時採用實驗模態分析方法作為有限元素模型之模型驗證。分析結果顯示,在不改變原車體材質及維持與原車體結構靜剛性之情況下,本研究所提新車體結構之重量較原車體大約減少了18%。

The staticbehavior of the vehicle structure is investigated by athree-dimensional finite element model. The feasibility ofthe proposed finite element model was confirmed bycomparing the numerical solutions with the resultsobtained from the experimental modal analysis (EMA).The results show that the redesigned vehicle structure hasan 18 % reduction in weight with the same material andstatic stiffness of the original vehicle.
