發展新方法應用於複合材料非破壞檢測

Development of a New NDT Examination Method for Composite Materials

摘要


本研究應用乘積調變法(Modulate),針對複合材料表面裂痕進行非破壞檢驗,複合材料採用玻璃纖維疊層板,而表面裂痕由雷射切割產生。首先將複合材料系統等效為懸臂樑,並可等效成單自由度質量、阻尼及彈簧系統,接著採用新發展積調變之傅立葉係數法,觀察傅利葉系數之直流位準與二倍頻位準,並且計算出能量消耗,之後可將結構能量消耗作為複合板損傷的評估指標。再利用功率消耗原理求阻尼c,接著藉由品質因子計算出系統之等效彈簧常數及等效質量。利用等效彈簧常數與等效質量,即可對複合材料結構的損壞做分析與探討,進而找出複合材料損壞的指標與趨勢。

Equivalent spring constant and effective use of quality, you can damage the composite structure for analysis and discussion, and then find out the damaged composite indicators and trends.
