摘要


本文主要目的在建立風扇葉片振動特性之預測模式,使用SolidWorks來建構模型,透過COMSOL Multiphysics多重物理量耦合有限元素分析軟體模擬自然頻率分析,模擬量測其轉速在1000、2000、3000rpm時風扇模型的頻率訊息,針對風扇的自然頻率,求得結構之模態參數。經模態分析驗證理論模型,量測風扇之頻率可避免作用於系統之外激振頻率與系統之頻率相同或接近,而產生共振造成結構變形。結果顯示,5、6、7、8及9扇葉中以6扇葉的數值最好。

In this paper, the resonant vibration characteristics is investigated for the fan with different blade numbers. By using the SolidWorks software to construct the model and the COMSOL software to perform the vibration analysis, both the natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained. There are three different rotational speeds (1000, 2000, and 3000 rpm) and five different blade numbers (5, 6, 7, 8, and 9) are employed to carry out the resonant vibration analysis. It is shown that the dynamic behavior for the fan with six blades is better than the others proposed in this analysis.
