利用振動量測訊號對中空滾珠導螺桿之預拉特性的診斷分析

Prognostic Diagnosis of the Hollow Ball Screw Pretension Loss through Vibration Signals

摘要


工具機的傳動元件滾珠導螺桿,會因溫升產生熱變位,而影響加工精度,對螺桿進行預拉為其中一改善手段。本研究目的在於利用量測中空滾珠導螺桿運動過程中的振動訊號,在沒有冷卻系統條件下,分析其預拉特徵頻率。加速規量測位置與螺桿振動主要頻率區段將決定量測品質,藉由改變不同預拉量0μm、5μm、10μm及20μm之實驗,得以了解滾珠導螺桿不同的預拉量與預壓力相互之影響特性;再對不同預拉量之螺桿的振動訊號,進行經驗模態分解(EMD),以傅立葉轉換(FFT)及邊際頻譜(Marginal Frequency)分析出螺桿振動訊號的特徵頻率,同時考慮熱溫升在長時間做動下,藉由電容式位移計之量測值進行比對,找出螺桿預拉的特徵頻率,提出日後診斷預拉失效的判別手法之依據,及具體建議預拉量應施予的大小及評估方式。

Hollow ball screw without cooling system has the thermal deformation problem due to temperature raise. It will reduce the precision of machine tool. The purpose of this study is to use the vibration signals for doing the prognostic analysis of the ball screw pre-tension characteristic frequency with no cooling conditions. Different pretension conditions of 0μm, 5μm, 10μm and 20μm features are discriminated by the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD), FFT and Marginal Frequency method. Temperature effects with long-term operation were compared with the ball screw elongation values by capacitance displacement sensor. This study extracts the characteristic frequency and discriminates the bettering pretension value of 5μm through the vibration signals. This diagnosis method realizes the purposes of prognostic effectiveness on knowing the hollow ball screw pretension loss and utilizing convenience. Future work will focus on the test of another maximum dynamic preload of 2 %, 4 %, and 6 % ball screws experimentally.
