摘要


本研究目的在於分析滾珠導螺桿預壓力失效之聲紋訊號,藉由希爾伯特與短時矩傅立葉轉換,了解不同螺帽預壓力之滾珠導螺桿特性;為了建立穩健實驗數據,先確認麥克風量測點及螺帽聲紋主要頻率區段,再對不同預壓力之螺帽聲紋訊號進行經驗模態分解(EMD),並使用短時矩傅立葉轉換(STFT)及邊際頻譜(Marginal Frequency)來比對螺帽剛性特徵,即可診斷出滾珠導螺桿預壓力是否失效。

This paper analyzes the ball screw preload loss by acoustic signals through the Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) and Short-Term Fourier Transform (STFT). To obtain the robustness of experiment measurement, microphone location for determining the ball screw nut frequency region is conducted first. Second, different preload features are discriminated by Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD). Finally, the nut stiffness features are compared by using STFT and Marginal Frequency. Experimentally results show the ball screw preload loss can be successfully diagnosed.
