液晶顯示器壁掛架之振動特性分析

Vibration Characteristics Analysis of LCD Wall Mount Bracket

摘要


早期液晶顯示器擺設方式以搭配腳架置於平台為主,但隨著空間多樣化利用,壁掛方式也變得隨處可見,但重量不輕的液晶顯示器掛於牆上,為了避免掉落造成人員傷害其結構性也有探討的必要。本文首先使用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS對壁掛架進行模態與靜力分析,以及壁掛架與液晶顯示器組合的模態分析,最後探討壁掛架與液晶顯示器組合的暫態響應。結果顯示壁掛架受力最大的位置發生在壁掛架組合處。

In the early years, LCD monitor was usually assembled with neck on the table. In order to obtain useful space, people took LCD monitor on the wall with the wall mount bracket. Because of the heavy weight, it is necessary to discuss the structure about the wall mount bracket and the LCD monitor on the wall. We used the finite element method software ANSYS to find the vibrations characteristics of the wall mount bracket and the LCD monitor. We analyzed the wall mount bracket about static analysis, modal analysis, and modal analysis about the assembly of the wall mount bracket and the LCD monitor, and discussed the transient response about that. We found the maximum stress was appeared at the interface of the wall mount bracket assembly.
