摘要


在本文中,主要探討V型結構之超音波馬達的設計與分析,主要設計重點是要提高超音波馬達的推力輸出,以便在實際應用時能夠適用於較大負載的驅動對象。V形定子的組成結構由兩個積層型壓電致動器、V形金屬彈性體所構成的固定座與兩個附加質量塊所組成。文中將說明V型超音波馬達的驅動原理與設計概念,並對馬達定子結構進行動態分析,以提高對此型馬達的深入認識。在實驗部份,當施加20V正弦波電壓時,在無負載的情況下,可以達到85 mm/s的移動速度。

A new linear piezoelectric motor is presented called the V-type ultrasonic motor. The linear ultrasonic motor using normal vibration and tangential vibration modes of a V shape stator was fabricated and studied in this research. The composite structure of the stator is formed by two multilayer piezoelectric actuators clamped in a V shape elastic body. The geometric design of the stator has been computed with the help of the finite element analysis. The maximum moving speed of the prototype was about 85 mm/s when applying 20Vp driving voltage by single signal driving.
