線性滑軌之振動分析與診斷研究

摘要


本論文主要在研究,當工具機使用了線性滑軌在加工的過程中所產生的顫振現象,此種現象會導致加工出錯誤尺寸。我們要如何改善與解決線性滑軌本身結構上的缺陷和限制。首先,滑軌可以分成三種種類。第一種是滑動導軌,主要是利用鏟花過後的光滑面而滑動。第二種是滾動導軌,主要是利用滾珠在軌道面上滾動。第三種是液靜壓導軌,主要是利用液腔保留液體產生低阻力的滑動。然而,最近幾年加工速度的提升必須同樣提升導引構件的往復速率。此時此刻,線性滑軌是最優先的選擇方案,但是在使用線性滑軌的過程中,發現線性滑軌雖然速度快,但是剛性不足。所以,為了彌補剛性不足的情況,透過改變線性滑軌之滾珠的排列方式來提升它的剛性質。因此,本研究會使用敲擊實驗,進行掃頻的方式來找出線性滑軌NRS-30R本身的自然頻率和共振頻率之模態。然後,取得這些數據之後就可以分析線性滑軌之特性,算出阻尼比。最後,討論阻尼比是否為過阻尼、臨界阻尼或欠阻尼。

Recently, many research focus on how to use linear guide-way in the industrial technology. Such as, machine tool, x-y table and so on. Linear guide-way can be separating different three types. The first type is a sliding guide-way that is depended on two smooth surfaces. The second type is a linear guide-way that is using roller element moving on the rail. The third type is hydrostatic compact guidance which the carriage in monorail guidance systems cannot accommodate vibration damping, but the third type is so expensive and un-convenient assembling. If user need the high speed, but he didn’t considered as a high cost. They can select linear guide-way. But it has a one disadvantage that the rigidity of system is not enough. Therefore, how to solving the problem is necessity in the near future.
