排氣系統優化模擬分析

摘要


本研究主要探討消音器對於引擎排氣系統的影響,藉此設計出一款搭配於350cc引擎之消音器。此研究目標是使消音器能夠在引擎馬力維持的情況下,噪音降低1~2倍。因此欲進行此研究前,必須先瞭解各項參數對於消音器表現的影響。本研究所使用的分析軟體為Ricardo公司製作之軟體WAVE,透過WaveBulid3D輸入各項參數,並且繪製出消音器模型。再使用WaveBuld將消音器與引擎架構結合後進行模擬分析,針對模擬結果作分析討論與消音器參數之改良。排氣管消音器設計不僅需要滿足聲學性能和氣體動力性能指標,還需要考慮排氣管消音器的結構、材料和安裝空間等方面的要求。
