多功能氣動砂磨機之轉子平衡塊設計與振動分析研究

Research on the Rotor Balancing Block Design and Vibration Analysis of Multifunctional Pneumatic Sand Mill

摘要


氣動手工具是指由空氣壓縮機提供壓縮空氣作為工作動力源的裝置。氣動工具的應用行業非常廣泛,包括:汽車製造修理、造船修船、家具生產、建築、設備維修、鑄造、模具等行業。用途分類有氣動打磨機、氣動拋光機、氣鑽、氣動板手、氣動螺絲刀等。而本研究多功能氣動砂磨機是一種將砂紙貼在研磨平面研磨加工件的氣動手工具,而基本工作方式又可分為旋轉式與往復式。本文乃是使用本研究團隊所開發之視窗程式及配合RecurDyn多體動力學分析軟體進行氣動砂磨機動平衡設計,設計的方法是先將已經設計完成的氣動手工具運用逆向設計以微量天平量測其質量,將已經測得的質量紀錄,再利用所開發的視窗程式搭配SolidWorks電腦繪圖軟體進行動平衡質量塊設計,最後再使用RecurDyn多體動力學軟體分析進行驗證。

A pneumatic hand tool is a device that provides compressed air from an air compressor as a working power source. Pneumatic tools are used in a wide range of industries including automobile repairs, shipbuilding, furniture production, building construction, equipment maintenance, casting, mold and so on. Pneumatic grinding machines will be classified as pneumatic polishing machine, pneumatic drilling machine, pneumatic wrench machine, pneumatic screwdriver and so on. The multi-purpose pneumatic sand mill is a kind of pneumatic grinding tools affixed to the grinding plane grinding parts. The basic working motions can be divided into rotary and reciprocating. The goal of this paper is to use of the software developed by the research team and with RecurDyn multi-body dynamics analysis software for pneumatic sand mill motor balance design. The design method is to complete the use of pneumatic tools to use reverse-engineering method to measure the mass with micro-scale machine. After employing the measured record, the dynamic balance quality design can be achieved by using the developed window program with SolidWorks computer graphics software. Finally, we can use the RecurDyn multi-body dynamics software analysis to verify the dynamic balance design.
