從複核驗證看多因素性向測驗對我國國中學生基本學力成績之預測

Cross-validation Results for the Multiple Aptitude Tests Used to Predict the Basic Scholastic Ability for Junior High School Students in Taiwan

摘要


本研究以1304位臺北市國中學生為對象,進行二次的類推力複核驗證和四次和遷移力複核驗證,發現我因素性向測驗的八個性向對我國國中生一年半後的基本學力測驗分數之聯合預測力和相對貢獻,不但同一母群各樣本所得的結果可彼此類推,某一樣本所得的結果亦可遷移到為同年度的測驗情境上。八個性向預測基本學力總變异量頗高,約在45%到49%之間。各性向對基本學力預測力之貢獻主要來自錯別字與慣用法,其次是數學推理、語文推理、文與修辭,知覺速度與確度。至於空間關系、機械推理、抽象推理則不但貢獻小,且結果不穩定。

Systematic cross-validations were used to explore the validity generalizability and transferability of the Multiple Aptitude Tests on predicting the scores of the Basic Scholastic Ability Tests. 1304 junior high school students in Taiwan were divided into four samples. The resulsts showed eight aptitudes could explained 45% to 49% of variances of the Basic Scholastic Ability scores. The validity generalizability and transferability were good. The major contributions of predictions came from spelling, numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, language usage, clerical speed and accuracy.
