實習教師研習進修活動之探討

摘要

本研究旨在探討實習教師研習進修活動的方式與課程内容。民國八十三年公佈「師資培育法」後，要取得合格教師資格，必須經過初檢、複檢兩階段。在民國八十四年公佈的「高級中等以下學校及幼稚園教師資格檢定及教育實習辦法」中規定，實習教師於一年實習期間，必須參加教師研習中心、師資培育機構、教育實習機構所舉辦的各項研習活動。
研習進修活動有助於實習教師的自我成長，且提昇其教學知能，所以謹愼安排研習活動方式及内容是相當重要的。本研究採用文獻探討、問卷調查、及座談的方式，來了解教育行政人員、師資培育機構教授、高級中等以下學校及幼稚園教育人員、和師資培育機構學生等對實習教師研習進修活動的看法。研究的結果如下：（一）研習活動内容方面：教育行政人員、學校教育人員、師資培育機構人員、師資培育機構學生都一致認為研習進修活動是相當重要。就重要研習活動内容則包括：學生行為輔導、教學實務研討、親師溝通、教室管理、人際溝通、教師心理衛生、教材教法研究、教師成長與生涯規劃、教學評量、教育法規。（二）研習活動方式：四類人員（教育行政人員、學校教育人員、師資培育機構人員、師資培育機構學生）對於不同研習進修單位舉辦之研習進修方式，其意見分列如下：1．教師研習進修機構（教師研習中心）所舉辦研習進修方式，大家認為最重要應為實務討論，其次為觀摩教學、參觀見習、分組座談、專題演講；最後為心得寫作。2．師資培育機構舉辦實習教師研習活動的方式，大家認為最重要是教學疑難問題解答，其次依序為實務研討，心得分享；最後為專題演講的方式。3．實習教師教育實習機構舉辦研習活動的方式，大家認為最重要為教學研討會，其次依序為教學觀摩、校外參觀及研習活動、座談會、讀書會；最後為專題演講。
最後研究者提出幾項建議，以供教育行政單位、師資培育機構、教師研習中心等規劃實習教師研習進修活動之參考。

This study explores the context of in-service training programs for prospective teachers who have finished their pre-service education and plan to become teachers. Through literature review, questionnaire and informal discussions with educational administrators, university professors, secondary, elementary and kindergarten teachers, and students in teacher training universities and colleges, the researcher indicates that the important in-service educational contents include student guidance, classroom management, teacher-parent communication, teaching practice, teaching methods and professional development; the ways to conduct these in-service training programs are small group conference and discussion, observing experienced teachers' teaching.
Finally, several recommendations are presented to educational administration departments, teachers colleges and normal universities, and in-service teacher educational centers in order to organize appropriate in-service training programs for prospective teachers.
