摘要

本文旨在探討我國高級中等教育美容科之發展沿革，藉由文獻分析的方式，分析高級中等教育美容科之發展背景、教育目標、課程發展、歷年來班級數及學生數增減變化等。首先，探討高級中等教育美容科之發展背景；再者，分析高級中等教育美容科教育目標之沿革；接而，探究高級中等學校美容科課程發展歷程；最後，分析高級中等學校美容科歷年在校生班級數及學生數增減變化，從而深入瞭解我國高級中等教育美容科之相關沿革歷程，以及探討美容科與社會服務業別相關產業互動的關聯性，並分析美容科對臺灣社經發展之貢獻。

The purpose of this article is to discuss the course of change and development for cosmetology department in senior secondary education in Taiwan. By analyzing the related literatures, we can analyze the development background, educational objectives, curriculum development, and the changed number of classes and students over the years for cosmetology department in senior secondary education. Firstly, we discussed the development background for cosmetology department in senior secondary education. Secondly, we analyzed the course of change and development of educational objectives for cosmetology department in senior secondary education. Then, we explored the progress of curriculum development for cosmetology department in senior secondary education. Finally, we analyzed the changed number of classes and students over the years for cosmetology department in senior secondary education. They can help us to understand fully the related course of change and development for cosmetology department in senior secondary education and discuss the interaction relationship between cosmetology departments and related social service industries, and analyze the contribution which cosmetology department made to social and economic development in Taiwan.
