Posttraumatic Surgical Treatment of Selective Facial Tics- Report of Three Cases
外傷後局部顔面抽搐－三病例報告
摘要
外傷後局部顔面抽搐很少在文獻中被提到，我們報告兩兩例。一例爲單側上唇肌及下眼皮眼輪匝肌侵犯，另一例爲單側觀大肌受侵犯。在切除顔面神經頰分枝上的異常病理分析後症狀舒解。雖然這些病例在術後幾年內復發，但症狀輕微，病人沒有自覺。我們認爲局部顔面抽搐最可能的是機轉是Gardner提出來的Cross-Talk理論。

Posttraumatic selective facial tics is rarely reported in the lecture. We report three cases involving the elevators of upper lip and orbicularis oculi of lower eyelid in one case and zygomaticus major in the other two cases. After excision of the pathological aberrant branch, the tics subsided. Though very mild tics recurred few years after the operation, the thresh-hold is much higher and only occurred in a strong irritation so it did not annoy the patient any more. The Gardner's Cross-Talk theory is a reasonable explanation for the mechanism.
