The Use of Jam Roll Cross-Finger Flaps for Finger Tip Reconstruction
利用春捲式的跨指皮瓣重建指端缺損
摘要
指端受傷缺損常合併指甲床、皮膚及骨骼缺損，傳統的跨指皮瓣無法在美觀上及功能上達到滿意的結果。我們在7位病人使用春捲式的改良型跨指皮瓣重建指端缺損，得到令人鼓舞的結果。

Oblique avulsion injury to the finger tip is usually combined with pulp and nail bed defects. Seven patients with such composite tissue defects were treated with the Jam roll cross finger flap have been successfully used to cover the oblique avulsion of finger tip and cover nail bed defects with exposed bone denuded of periosteum. When compared with conventional treatments, these flaps are used to creat bulk and reconstruct the nail bed defects. Satisfactory new nail growth and contour were achieved.
