Tumor Bleeding in Patients with Neurofibromatosis-Case Report
神經纖維瘤病患的腫瘤內出血－個案報告
摘要
神經纖維瘤是一種良性腫瘤，無論是自發性或先天性神經纖維瘤都具有高度的血管頒布，盡管其橫斷面看起來是蒼白而不是血色；這兩個個案的合併症，主要致因於腫瘤的易脆性及高度的血管頒布，再加上腫瘤本身重量的重力拉扯，最後造成腫瘤組織的撕裂與腫瘤內出血。我們建議，一旦腫瘤內出血經由病史、理學檢查或影像學被診斷出來，早期的手術切除優於保守性治療。

Neurofibroma is a benign tumor and both spontaneous and congenital neurofibromas exhibit a high degree of vascularity, despite their grossly white in appearance^1. The complication of these two cases, tumor bleeding, resulted from highly vascular nature of neurofibroma with minor trauma (mass gravity). We suggest that an early surgical intervention of the symptomatic lesions is better than a conservative treatment when tumor bleeding of neurofihroma had happened.
