A Clinical Analysis of Hospitalized Occupational Hand Injuries
職業手外傷住院傷患的臨床分析
摘要
以回溯法統計馬偕紀念醫院一年中須住院治療的職業手外傷病患，研究其嚴重程度、發生率以及相關變數間的關係。我們總共收集了374位病患，採用HISS系統，依據第一次手術記錄或住院摘記為每位病患評分。以第7版SPSS做計算。我們發現嚴重職業手外傷有關的危險因子包括：女性，不識字者，金屬工作者，以機器工作者。

A one-year retrospective review of hospitalized patients of occupational hand injuries in Mackay Memorial Hospital was conducted to identify variables associated with the severity and the incidence of occupational hand injuries. Total 374 patients were collected and each was scored according to the Hand Injury Scoring System based on their 1st operation record or admission note. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 7.0. Correlated factors included: female sex, illiterate, the metal worker and the machine laborer (p＜0.05).
