彈性接頭的位移建模與實驗

摘要


彈性接頭位移的分析方式,分成兩種負荷方式,一為具單一反作用力的簡單模式和另一具反作用力與反作用力矩的復合模式。在實驗測試的位移誤差評估,是以影像系統做為量測與檢測彈性接頭的理論模式。為了改進彈性接頭的位移實驗誤差,我將探討尺寸誤差的誤差傳遞和CCD的水平度與垂直度校正。

The displacement of a flexure hinge is analyzed by the two load types. One type is a simple model with one reactive force; and the other is a complex model with reactive force and reactive moment. The displacement error is evaluated by an experimental test. In the experiment, an image system is used to measure and inspect theoretical models of the flexure hinge. To improve the experimental error for displacement of the flexure hinge, I would investigate both the error propagation of the dimensional error and the horizontal-vertical alignment of camera.
