Gastric polyps is not uncommon, but gastric villous adenoma is really rare. The symptoms of gastric polyps are variable and usually present with abdominal pain or bleeding. But half of these cases are asymptomatic. Here, we report a case of an 81-year-old female who suffered from epigastralgia and was diagnosed as tubulovillous adenoma with malignant change of the stomach after panendoscopy with biopsy. Endoscopic tumor resection was done because surgical treatment was refused.
