Petroperitoneal Malignant Schwannoma in a Patient with Von Recklinghausen's Disease
銳克林氏病病人合併腹膜後惡性雪旺氏鞘瘤之病例報告

A 35 years old man with von Recklinghausen's disease underwent laparotomy because of a huge retroperitoneal tumor. Histological examination revealed a malignant schwannoma. Differential diagnosis for retroperitoneal malignant schwannoma, although a rare disease, should be made in patients with von Recklinghausen's disease presenting with an abdominal mass.
