九年一貫課程改革的現況與成效評析

The Effects and Implementation of Nine-year Integrated Curriculum in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要在探討九年一貫課程改革辦理之現況與成效。為達此目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「九年一貫課程成效評估調查問卷校長用」、「九年一貫課程成效評估調查問卷教師用」為研究工具,以全國847所學校之校長和教師為調查對象,回收校長有效問卷393份,教師有效問卷1251份。問卷所得資料以SPSS套裝軟體進行統計分析,根據研究結果,本研究之建議如下:一、重新評估政策實施方式,採取多元宣導方式。二、以領域培育未來教師專長,並優先培育最缺乏的藝能及英語等教師。三、教師研習採優秀教學實務教師及學者專家到校輔導方式為宜。四、提早完成教科書的審查工作,並提昇教科書審查的品質。五、英語教學及資訊教學政策重新定位,並貫徹執行。六、增強教師專業及課程設計能力,取消教師兼職行政工作。七、做好相關配套措施,設計相關輔助程式,成立多元評量題庫。

The aims of this study were to explore the effects and implementation of Nine-year integrated curriculum. In order to attain the purposes, we adapt to questionnaire. The instrument of the study was the inventory of the effects and implementation of Nine-year integrated curriculum, which was designed by researcher. The subjects of the study were 1644 primary school principals and teachers. SPSS 10.0 was used to analyze the collected data. According to the research conclusions, we submit the next suggestions: 1. to re-evaluate the method of implementation of Nine-year integrated curriculum and adopt multiple approaches to tell teachers what they should know. 2. to cultivate experienced teachers domain-knowledge through in-service education, especially for art craft and English teachers. 3. to invite outstanding in-service teachers and specialist to be instructors on workshops. 4. to finish exam textbooks earlier and improve the exam quality of textbooks. 5. English and computer education policies should be adjusted and performed completely. 6. to strengthen the teachers' profession and capabilities of curriculum design and reduce the teachers administration loading. 7. related measures should be performed completely and establish multi-evaluation item bank.
