本研究旨在探討家庭類型、父親個人因素及父職參與意願之關係,主要目的有:(一)探討家庭類型及父職參與意願之關係。(二)探討父親個人因素及父職參與意願之關係。 為達上述目的,本研究兼採文獻探討、調查研究等方法來蒐集資料,依文獻探討及先前研究結果,以自編之「父職參與個人因素量表」及「父職參與意願量表」為研究工具,調查嘉義縣市、台南縣市、高雄市共計535位就讀幼稚園或托兒所幼兒的父親,資料蒐集後以皮爾遜積差相關、t考驗及逐步迴歸分析進行資料處理。 依上述研究目的及實證研究結果,本研究主要結論為: (一)家庭類型與父職參與意願之間並無明顯關係 (二)父親個人因素與父職參與意願之間明顯有關 (三)父親個人因素之「父職技巧」、「角色認同」及「性別態度」可以有效預測父職參與意願 根據上述研究結論,本研究提出建議如下: (一)積極學習父職技巧 (二)認同父職角色且建立兩性平權的性別態度 (三)舉辦父職參與成長團體。
This research tries to understand the situation of paternal involvement intention. The data have been collected from research's fathers' individual factors scale, paternal involvement intention scale. A total of 860 questionnaires were passed to the preschoolers' fathers, and 535 were collected valid. The data collected from target samples were analyzed by Pearson's product-moment correlation, t-test, stepwise regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The relation between family types and paternal involvement intention is none related. 2. There were significant correlations between fathers' individual factors and paternal involvement intention. 3. In the variables of fathers' individual factors, such as ”paternal skills”, ”role identity”, ”gender attitude”, can predict the paternal involvement intention. The conclusions were drawn based on previous findings, some suggestions were proposed for fathers.
