Sarcoidosis is an idiopathic systemic disease which is characterized by the presence of non-caseating granulomas without infection or malignancy. Neurosarcoidosis is an infrequent finding and can involve meninges, cranial nerves, pituitary gland and rarely causes hypopituitarism and central diabetes insipidus. We report the case of a 27-year-old man with neurosarcoidosis who had uveitis, hypopituitarism and diabetes insipidus. The disease was subsided after steroid, dDAVP and hormone replacement therapy. We should keep this diagnosis in mind when a patient presents with combined ophthalmologic, neurological or neuroendocrinological complaints. A complete neurological examination and image survey may be needed in this type of situation.
