析論雙槓技術特性與發展趨勢

Analyses of Characteristics and Trends of Parallel Bars

摘要


本研究旨在藉雙槓動作之發展年代與人名術語,瞭解其發展之軌跡、脈絡;比較不同版本之評分規則瞭解其對技術發展之影響;分析代表性成套動作中的內容編排,印證規則之制約與導引。雙槓動作數量之多居男子體操六個項目之首位,於是有數量多、類型多、編配變化多、練好難、賽好難的特性。文中對於不同版本規則條文與技術發展的關係作深入的分析與探討,不難發現發展快速的技術與修訂的規則條文中,有相輔相成之制約與導引之作用。本研究得到如下的結論與建議:l.雙槓運動仍然以支撐、掛臂及懸垂之表現型態的特色為其技術的核心。2.大幅度擺動技術是現今雙槓運動發展的主要趨勢。3.雙槓仍依循體操「難度、創新、穩定與完美」的方向在發展之中。4.雙槓五個動作組巧妙配合,個別高難度動作的完美接合予獲得最高的加分,並形成個人獨特的風格。

The goal of this study is to identify the future development of parallel bars techniques via their chronological progress and technical terms, to recognize the impacts of their technique development affected by various editions of regulations, to analyze gymnastic overtures of typical performances, and to verify the constraint and the guidance of parallel bars regulations on their performance. The men's parallel bars have more movements than any other calisthenics, and have characteristics of numerous types of movements, many kinds of gymnastic overtures, highly difficult in learning and competition. This study has an intensive analysis and discussion on the relationship of different editions of regulations and regulations and rules, and the development of parallel bars techniques. Furthermore, the result of this study has verified that the new or revised regulations have a positive impact on parallel bars techniques. The conclusions of this study are as followings. 1. The core techniques of parallel bars are still the both bars support, the upper arm support, and the both bars hang. 2. One of the main trends of parallel bars is the big swing. 3. The key rating points of parallel bars are difficult level, creativity, stability, and perfection of movements. 4. Both the five-section parallel bars movement and single higher difficulty can always earn more points. These are the focused developments of parallel bars.
